Adding extra elements and tasks such as layout changes, wall removal, installation of cavity sliding doors, in-wall toilet cisterns and mirrored cabinets, shower and bath niches, herringbone feature tiling, and/or custom vanity adds additional cost.

If the cost of your project exceeds $10k you must use a Registered Builder. If the cost of your project exceeds $16k the Registered Builder must provide Domestic Building Insurance to cover the project. The cost of the job-specific Domestic Building Insurance will be passed on to the customer as part of the project.
